Important Information Regarding Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • The credit/debit cardholder of the card used to fund your account must be the same as the Ladbrokes account holder
  • Ladbrokes WILL NOT charge you for any deposits or withdrawals made to your accounts. However, please be aware that some credit card companies consider betting transactions as 'cash' payments, and may charge you a cash advance fee. Check with your card issuer for more information. Similarly, we will not charge you for bank transfer deposits or withdrawals, but check with your bank as they may charge a transfer fee.
  • When you make a deposit to your Ladbrokes account, the funds are available to bet with immediately. However, it can take a few days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
  • If your deposit attempt is declined online, but you have funds available, the most common reason is because the transaction is triggering a risk system at your bank. To resolve, please contact your card issuer and do the following:
    • Ask to speak to the Security & Risk Team
    • Confirm your use of the card at Ladbrokes
    • Take the person's name or operator ID for reference should you need to contact your card issuer again. Once you have done this, please try to deposit again after 10 minutes.
